About

Checkers, distilled to its sharpest form

You play Amber; the machine plays Walnut across a polished 8×8 board. One twist sharpens every match: every piece — pawns and kings alike — moves and captures diagonally in all four directions. Your captures are optional. The AI's never are. When a jump opens a second jump, the choice is yours: press the attack, or tap your piece and let it rest.

Ten stages, ten materials

Each stage is a complete world of its own — Rubber, Wood, Glass, Marble, Copper, Chrome, Green Chrome, Neon, Gold Chrome, and Obsidian — pairing a full visual theme with a sharper opponent. Early stages fumble; by Neon they stop forgiving, and Obsidian searches seven moves deep before it blinks. Win a stage and the next one loads itself; lose, and Undo (three per stage) rewinds both your move and the machine's reply.

Made for every screen

Board scales fluidly from a 320-px phone to a wide desktop, tap or click, keyboard included. Kings wear their crowns in every theme, capture squares ring while quiet moves glow, and the machine mutters into a little speech bubble after every one of your moves. Everything lives in one self-contained page — it plays perfectly offline.
