Liminal drops you alone into the Backrooms — a vast, randomly generated maze of mono-yellow rooms, damp carpet, and fluorescent lights humming overhead. There are no monsters here. There is only the silence, the endless sameness, and the growing certainty that you are lost.

Every run rebuilds the labyrinth, so you can never memorize the way out. Sprint to cover ground fast, but your stamina drains as you push deeper — manage it carefully, rest when you must, and search for what little there is to keep you going.

Your only goal: find the exit. Trust your sense of direction, mark your path, and don't let the quiet swallow you. Can you escape the rooms that should not exist?
