Palermo Nights

Palermo Nights is a modern digital take on the classic social deduction party game — a full night-and-day cycle of secrets, suspicion and silver-tongued deception, playable online with friends on any device.

How a night falls

When the game begins, every player is dealt one secret role face-down: the Mafia, who wake together each night and choose one victim; honest Citizens, armed with nothing but words and a vote; a Detective who investigates one player every night; a Doctor who guards one soul from the killers — and, for braver tables, the Fortune Teller, who reads a player's true role, and a lone Hidden Killer who answers to no one and wins by outliving the whole city.

By day the city debates in the piazza chat, the clock runs down, and everyone votes in a secret ballot. Votes stay sealed until the count — then the tally bars fall, the expelled player's true role is revealed, and the survivors pray for dawn.

• Disconnects don't ruin the night: seats are kept, players can rejoin with their role intact, and the host can start a fresh night with the same table.

The game ends with a big reveal — THE MAFIA WON or THE CITIZENS WON — and every role laid face-up on the table.
