APEX FC 27 is a floodlit night-football game built around the cards you collect. Earn coins in matches, spend them in the pack store, and tear open packs that build from a quick bronze snap to a full jackpot reveal — a beam of light, a shockwave, and an Ultimate card landing centre-screen with its foil running.

Six rarity tiers, each with a genuinely different card design: honest bronze, silver and gold plates, chamfered Form Class cards with a luminous sweep, arched gold-on-black Icon legends, and animated-foil Ultimate cards — the best players in the game.

Then you actually play them

Assemble a starting XI from your collection on a card-based squad screen, pick your fixture from three invented leagues and twenty-four clubs, and kick off. A broadcast camera tracks the play from the touchline, cuts to a low dramatic angle when you score, and the crowd lifts with every chance. Pass, curl a shot, slide in, switch defenders — the players you pulled are the players on the pitch.
