• We may review and reference generated Output (such as generated code and assets) to develop, debug, and improve the Tesana game engine and Services.
• We may use generated Output (including generated code and assets) to develop and train machine learning models and systems. This includes our plan to build a future code-generation model based on the Godot code generated on the platform.
• Generated assets may be indexed and reused across the platform to improve game creation, as described in our Terms of Service.

We do not use the files you upload as Submissions (such as your own images, audio, 3D models, or code) to train these models, and we do not add your uploaded files to the shared asset library. We also do not sell your personal data.

Where required by law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis for these activities (such as our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Services) and honor applicable opt-out or objection rights described under "Your Rights."
